Batter Fried Fish recipe

Ingredients

  • fish (cut into 3 inch pieces, marinated with 1/2 kg salt /pepper and ajinomoto(1/2 tsp each) and kept aside for 10-15 minutes)
  • Batter:
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1(beaten)
  • Salt pinch
  • Cooking oil 6 cups for deep frying.

Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients for the batter and make a smooth paste.

Little water can also be added.

Dip fish pieces one by one into batter and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup or anyway you want.
