Fish Balls recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 SLICES OF WHITE BREAD
  • 1/3 CUP HEAVY CREME
  • 1 TSP WOCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 EGGSALT UPTO TASTE
  • 1 TSP RED CHILLIES POWDER
  • 1 TBSP MAYONNAISE
  • FRESH CORRAINDER LEAVES CHOPPED
  • 1 KGS CRAB OR FISH MEAT

Cooking Instructions

FIRST MIX ALL SEASONINGS TOGETHER THEN ADD THEM INTO FISH OR CRAB MEAT, MAKE MEDIUM SIZE BALLS AND DEEP FRY THEM.
