fish Tikka recipe

Ingredients

  • Fish Boneless-1 kg (cut in cubes)
  • Onion Slices-1
  • Garlic-3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Red Pepper Powder-2 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder-2 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder-2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1 tsp
  • Yogurt-1/2 cup
  • Food color (zarday ka rang)-1 pinch
  • Ghee-1/2 cup
  • Salt-To taste
  • Butter-For Brushing
  • For Garnishing
  • Onion (cut in round shape)-2 to 3
  • Salad Leave-2 to 3
  • Tomato-2 to 3
  • Lemon-2 to 3

Cooking Instructions

Take a pan heat up oil in it. Put onion and cook it until it turns golden brown in color.

Remove it from oil and make a paste of golden brown onion.

Now put garlic in oil fried it and remove it from oil.

Take a mixing bowl put all ingredients in it and marinate fish now leave it for 2 hours.

After that take marinated fish and put it on seekh now its up to you how to cook it? over flame, baked it or cook it into coal.

Now serve it with lemon, salad leave.
