Mix mutton with salt, 4 glass water, turmeric, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and cumin seeds.
Cook on low flame till tender. Mean while, fry okra/bhindi till cooked.
Then fry chopped onions slightly. When the mutton is done and the water has dried, fry the mutton in rest of the oil.
Add tomato and onion to mutton. Add okra/bhindi, green chilies, tamarind paste and whole spice powder.
Cook for 10 minutes.Tasty Bhindi Gosht is ready. Serve hot with Chapatti
