Thinly chop the cabbage. Also cut a carrot into long and thin slices. Then soak 2 spoons of raisin in water to soften it.
Combine the raisin in vegetables. Add powdered walnuts and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise cream, salt, ground black pepper and a teaspoon of sugar.
Mix all these ingredients and place in fridge to cool.
Garnish with lettuce leaves and serve.
Chef''s Tip: Almonds can also be used in place of walnuts.
