Tawa Fish recipe


  • Fish-1 (1Kg)
  • Tamarind Paste-1 cup
  • Garlic paste-1Tbsp
  • Red chillies (chopped)-1tbsp
  • Coriander (chopped)-1tsp
  • Black Pepper (chopped)-1tsp
  • Cumin (chopped)-1tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1tsp
  • Vinegar-1tbsp
  • Tomatoes-3 to 4
  • Onion (chopped)-1
  • Spring onion-3 to4
  • Oil-1 cup
  • Salt-to taste
  • Coriander leaves-for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

Take a pan and heat oil on it.

Take fish and cut the fish from middle, add salt and garlic paste to it and fry it from both side, take it out.

Take the same oil and add, tomatoes, green chillies, onion and add all the masala in it also add water till tomatoes are soft.

When tomatoes are starts to soften put fish on the pan, and cook it with these masalas.

When all the water dries up serve the fish and garnish it with coriander leaves.
