Chicken With Rice recipe


  • 4 tbsp of oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 9 oz of rice
  • 3 large onions
  • 1 tbsp of curry
  • 3 large green peppers2 lbs of chicken legs (boneless and skinless)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp. of fried tomato

Cooking Instructions

Place a little of oil in a saucepan and stir-fry the peeled garlic until they are browned, then place the rice and fry it with the garlic for 1 minute. Pour twice its volume in water and boil the rice for 20 minutes.

Set them aside.
In a saucepan, place the rest of the oil with the chopped onion and peppers.

Once the onion is transparent, add the chopped chicken (w/o skin).

Stir it constantly.
After 30 minutes and once the sauce has formed, add the tbsp of fried tomato, stir it for another 10 minutes.

Finally, add the tbsp of curry and leave it for another 6-7 minutes. Place it on a dish with the chicken and rice on the side.

Each diner will mix the rice with the sauce and chicken to taste.
