Lehsun Ke Jhinge recipe

Ingredients

  • Shrimps(shelled, cleaned) 400 gms
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Rye paste 1 tbsp
  • Lime juice 1 tbsp
  • Peppercorn(crushed) 8-10
  • Fresh coriander leaves(chopped) 1/4 cup
  • Salt to tast

Cooking Instructions

Marinate in a bowl shelled, deveined and thoroughly cleaned shrimps along with butter, garlic paste, coriander leaves, lime juice, mustard paste and crushed peppercorns.

Heat a kadai and add the marinated shrimps. Mix thoroughly adding salt.

Cook on slow fire for 10 to 15 minutes till the shrimps are done.Garnish with coriander leaves.
