Style Rice recipe


  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 6 pieces of chopped chicken
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp of pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp of curry
  • A pinch of cumin
  • 1 cup of minced onion
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 5 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp of minced coriander

Cooking Instructions

Fry the chicken in a pan with hot oil. Meanwhile, mix the garlic, salt, pepper, curry and cumin.

After removing the chicken, fry the onion in the same fat, add the rice and let it fry until it sizzles. Add the spice and garlic mix, stir and pour the 5 cups of water.

Arrange the chicken and once it boils, reduce the flame, cover the saucepan and cook until the rice is soft and the chicken is cooked.
