Cheese Corn Spring Rolls recipe


  • Spring roll strips: 8
  • Cheese- 2 cups (grated)
  • Corn kernels- 1 cup (washed)
  • Black pepper powder- 1½ tsp
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Oil- 1 cup (for frying)

Cooking Instructions

Mix cheese with corn kernels, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.

In a plate, spread the spring roll strips and then add the cheese stuffing to one side.

Now, gently close the ends of the strip so that the stuffing doesn''t come out. Apply little water on your fingertips to stick the strips

Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil becomes hot, gently dip the spring roll strips.

Fry on a medium flame till the rolls become golden brown and look crisp. It will take around 2-3 minutes for the spring rolls to fry.

Serve the cheese and corn spring rolls hot. Serve it with tomato ketchup and chilli sauce.
