Peel the potato skin and cut into small pieces and keep aside
Heat a kadai, add 3tsp of oil, add mustard seeds and fennel seeds
Add onion, garlic,potatoes, salt and all powders mix well, close the lid...after 5 mins open the lid and fry the potatoes (open lid) till the potatoes become dark brown ( saute the potatoes often during the fry).Potatoes ready for serving.
