Asian Fried Rice recipe

Ingredients

  • Rice (boiled)-1cup
  • Egg white-3
  • Onion-2
  • Garlic-3cloves
  • Green chili (chopped)-1
  • Green Capsicum-1
  • Cabbage-1 cup
  • Cucumber-1cup
  • Peas-1cup
  • Black pepper(ground)-1tsp
  • Garam masala-1tsp
  • Turmeric-1tsp
  • Tomato paste-1tbsp
  • Lemon syrup-2tbsp
  • Hot chili sauce-1tbsp
  • Cashew nut-1chup
  • Salt-as required
  • Coriander-2tbsp Chopped
  • Oil-4 to 5tbsp

Cooking Instructions

First of all take a non stick pan and pour oil and add onion in it and when the onions turns golden then remove it and place the onions on a paper.

After that take another pan and put garlic, green chili, spring onion, capsicum, garam , masala and start frying it.

Now add some turmeric powder, cabbage, cucumber and peas and then cook it approximately for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add egg white and cook it for a while.

After that add tomato paste, lemon syrup and hot chili sauce and cook them well.

Now turn on it high flame and add rice, cashew nut, coriander, black pepper. Then cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.

Now dish it out on a plate and garnish with golden brown onion.
