Fish Biryani recipe


  • Fish (boneless)-1kilo
  • Rice-1/2kilo
  • Garlic-6to8cloves
  • White Cumin-1tsp
  • Turmeric-1/2tsp
  • Coriander Seeds (chopped)-1tbsp
  • Garam masala Powder-1tbsp
  • Red Pepper Powder-2tbsp
  • Tomato-4to5
  • Cardamom-6to8
  • Plum-1/2cup
  • Corn Flour-1/2cup
  • Mint-1bunch
  • Onion-2
  • Egg-2
  • Ghee-1cup
  • Biryani Sticks-few drops
  • Food Color (zarday ka rang)
  • Salt-to taste

Cooking Instructions

Take a pan put ghee, whole spices (sabit garam masala), cumin and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.

After that add rice and water in it when rice get boiled then remove the water from rice with the help of (channi).

Making of Fish

Take a mixing bowl put fish (cut in cubes) in it and put turmeric, salt, ginger/garlic paste, food color, egg white, corn flour and mix it well and deep fry it.

For the Preparation of Masala

Take a cooking bowl put ghee, chopped garlic clove and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.After that add onion and cook it until it turns light brown in color.

Now add1/2 cup water, tomato, red pepper, garam masala, chopped coriander, turmeric and plum and cook it well for the thickness.

Prepration of Teh

Take a pan heat up ghee in it and put 1 to 2 garlic in it and cook it until light brown it.

Take half ghee and put it into cooking bowl, after that put masala in it and spread rice.

Now out remaining masala and fried fish then add remaining ghee after that add coriander leaves and cook it over slow flame.
