Aloo Chicken recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 pieces chicken legs
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 packet Shake ''N'' Bake
  • Lemon juice 1 cup
  • Un cooked fries as desired
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Cooking Instructions

Take the chicken and soak it in lemon juice for 30 minutes.

Now In a tray Put all the ingredients and mix.

Take the chicken pieces and coat it in that mixture.

Set the chicken on one side of the tray.

Toss the un cooked fries in the dry mix also.

Pour a little oil on fries put the chicken on top of fries and pour a little oil.

Put it in oven and bake on 350 degrees for 1/2 an hour or until chicken is tender and cooked from inside.

Serve hot with ketchup and coleslaw.
