Badami Chicken Leg recipe


  • Chicken Leg Pieces-1 kilo
  • Lemon Syrup-5 tbsp
  • Red Pepper Powder-2tbsp
  • Yogurt-1/2 cup
  • Cream-4tbsp
  • Almonds Paste-4tbsp
  • Corn Flour-1cup
  • Ginger/Garlic Paste-2tbsp
  • Coriander (chopped)-1/2 bunch
  • Dried Fenugreek Leaves-2tbsp
  • Egg-3
  • Oil-for frying
  • Salt-to taste
  • For Garnishing
  • Chaat masala-as required
  • Lemon Syrup-as required
  • Salad Leaves-as required

Cooking Instructions

First of all apply cut on leg pieces.

Now take a mixing bowl and put red pepper, lemon syrup, salt, dried fenugreek leaves, ginger/garlic paste, salt mix it well and marinate leg pieces.Leave it for 1 hour.

After that put corn flour, almond paste, egg, cream, yogurt,in leg pieces and mix it well.

Take a pan heat up oil in it and deep fry chicken leg over a slow flame.

Garnish it with salad leaves served it with lemon and chaat masala.
