Chicken malai boti recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken (bone less)-1 kg
  • Yogurt-½ cup
  • Cream-½ cup
  • Green chili paste-2tbsp
  • Cumin powder-1tsp
  • Red chili (chopped)-2tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder-1tsp
  • Oil-2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • For garnishing
  • Salad leaves-5 to 6
  • Tomatoes-3 to 4
  • Onion-3 to 4
  • Lemon-3 to 4

Cooking Instructions

Cut chicken into small squared pieces, take a bowl and add all the ingredients in it, than add chicken in it, than put sicken on seekh and bake it on coal on low flame, make it presentable with salad leaves, tomatoes, onion, and lemon and than serve.
