Pour oil in the fry pan and fry garlic till it turns golden in color.
After that add chicken pieces.
Chop carrot, capsicum, cauliflower and spring onions and put them along with the chicken.
Add salt, as well as crushed powered red chilies, black pepper in the tenderizer, then pour little water and mix them well.
Cook the chicken for a while, and then add corn flour mixed in a little water. When all the water dries up, take it off the flame.
Keep a little chicken mixture in the middle of a manda strip and fold it like a roll.
Seal the ends with egg or refined flour mixture. Repeat this process with other strips.
Then deep fry the rolls till they turn golden.
Serve them hot with chutney.
