Chicken Pakora recipe


  • Chicken Boneless-300 gram
  • Gram Flour (besan)-1,1/2 cup
  • Suji-1/2 cup
  • Tamarind Thick Syrup-2 tbsp
  • Onion-1
  • Green Chili-2
  • Coriander-1/2 bunch
  • Garlic clove-2 to 3
  • Pomegranate Seeds-1 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper-1 tsp
  • Red pepper Powder-1 tsp
  • Baking Powder-1 pinch
  • Whole Black pepper-8 to 10
  • Oil-For frying
  • Salt-To taste
  • Carom Seeds (ajwain)-1 Pinch

Cooking Instructions

Cut chicken into small pieces.

Take a chopper put chicken, suji, black pepper, carom seeds, pomegranate seeds, green chili, salt, tamarind syrup, garlic clove, onion, red pepper, coriander and chop them.

Take a bowl put gram flour, baking powder, red pepper powder, water and mix it well make a smooth mixture.

After that take out chicken mixture into chopper make them shame like a small balls.

Dip these balls in a gram flour mixture and deep fry it.
