Lassi recipe


  • 1/2 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cup of cold water
  • 1/2 tbsp of cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tbsp of minced mint

Cooking Instructions

Blend everything together for three minutes. Serve immediately and cold. There are many recipes to make lassi, but basically it is curdled milk (yogurt whipped with milk), you can choose your favorite consistency, more solid or lighter.
