• Meat - ½ kg (lamb or goat)
  • Onion - 2 finely chopped
  • Ginger - 2 inch piece
  • Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - ¼ cup finely chopped
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Egg - 2 (white portion only)
  • Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  • Potato - 1 (cooked and mashed)Oil - 4 tbsp

Cooking Instructions

Take a pan and heat with 4 tbsp of oil.

Add chopped onion, minced ginger.

Sauté till the onion colour changes to golden brown colour.

Now add minced meat, red chilli powder and salt.

Close with a lid and cook till meat is tender.

Remove from stove and let it be cool.

Now mix the mashed potatoes and coriander leaves with cooked meat.

Take the meat mixture of required quantity to make into cutlet shape or your favourite shape.

Now dip into the beaten white egg and then dip into the bread crumbs.

Now deep fry or shallow fry the cutlets one by one.

Serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup.
