Makki Seekh Kebab recipe

Ingredients

  • 400 gms grated sweet corn
  • 100 gms cottage cheese
  • 2 boiled and grated potatoes
  • 30 gms chopped spring onions
  • 4 chopped green chilies
  • 2 teaspoon garam masla
  • 1 teaspoon red chili
  • 10 gms chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon green coriander
  • Salt according to your taste
  • 20 ml white butter

Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients except white butter and keep it aside

Now make small balls with it and place it in skewer.

Apply butter and cook it in tandoor. you can serve it hot with mint chutney
