Baked Vegetable Pakora recipe


  • Mix vegetables (chopped)-500 gram
  • Pea Flour (basin)-2 cup
  • Yogurt-1 cup
  • Red Pepper Powder-1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Egg White-2
  • Olive Oil-2 tbsp
  • Salt-As required

Cooking Instructions

Take a mixing bowl and put carrot, Spinach, Spring Onion, Onion.

After that add salt, baking powder, red pepper, turmeric, garam masala and mix it with your hands.

Now add egg white, yogurt and mix it well. Add pea flour and mix it again.

Take oven tray put olive oil with oil brush and put this mixture with the help of spoon.
* 200 C Pre-heated oven baked it for 20 minutes.
