Baked Vegetable Samosa recipe


  • Carrot (chopped)-1
  • Potato (chopped)-1
  • Peas-1/2 cup
  • Capsicum (chopped)-1
  • Onion (chopped)-1
  • Red Chili Powder-1tsp
  • Turmeric-1/2tsp
  • Cumin-1/2tsp
  • Garam Masala-1/2tsp
  • Samosa Strips-1pck
  • Flour (Maida)- For Lai (To stick Samosa strips)
  • Olive Oil-3tbsp
  • Salt-As required

Cooking Instructions

Chopped all the required vegetables.

Take a frying pan and pour 2 tbsp of oil, after that onions and then cook for 3 minutes.

After that then add all other required vegetables in it.

Then on top of the vegetables add cumin, turmeric, red chili, salt and pour 1 of cup water and then cook it in a slow flame till the vegetables gets soft.

Make Lai, Take flour dissolve in warm water.

Now take Samosa strip and stuff in the mixtures of vegetables and then close the ends with the help of Lai.

Apply Olive oil with the help of the brush.

After that put it into preheated oven 200 cent grade, and bake it for about 5 minutes.

Your Baked Vegetable Samosa is now served hot and ready to eat.
