Cut Bhindi in very small pieces then put oil in deep pan fry okra in oil until it looks crispy but not brown.
After it gets crispy take it out in a plate and set it aside.
In a seprate pan put 1 tbsp oil then add onions, tomatoes, green chilli , salt , red peper on it and fry for few minutes.
When the oil seperates add the fried Bhindi and cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
