Bhindy Bhujiya recipe

Ingredients

  • Okra or bhindi 1lb
  • Frozen 1 bag
  • Onions 3 medium(thinly sliced)
  • Tomatoes 3 medium(small cubes)
  • Zeera 1 tbsp
  • Kuti mirch 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt up to taste
  • Green chillie as much needed
  • Fresh green corrinder(chopped) as much needed
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Imli varies from taste

Cooking Instructions

Fry onions and zeera for 5 min. while stirring add tomatoes with salt and chilli powder stir for 15 mins.

Add okra with imli and let stand on low heat for 15-20 min until cooked thoroughly.

Add coriander & green chilies and SERVE...
