Pakistani Chapatti recipe


  • 1 lb of whole-grain flour
  • 1 lb of bakery flour
  • 1 tbsp. of yeast
  • A pinch of salt
  • Necessary amount of water

Cooking Instructions

Mix both flours with the salt and yeast; add water gradually until dough is formed. Knead for 15 minutes. Place it in the fridge.

Make pizza bases with a rolling pin and cook them in a pan for 3 minutes. If you store the dough in a bag it will last longer.
