Shimla Mirch Sabzi recipe


  • Capsicum-8 to 10
  • Soya Sauce-2 tbsp
  • Black pepper (ground)-1/2 tsp
  • Sugar- 1/2 tsp
  • White Vinegar-1 tbsp
  • Oil-1 tbsp
  • Salt As required

Cooking Instructions

Cut the capsicum in a cube shape, Put out the seeds in it.
Take a frying pan put oil, capsicum, and all the ingredients in it.

Cook it for 10 minutes over a slow flame.

After that cook for a while over a high flame.

Your delicious Shimla Mirch Sabzi is ready to eat.
