Alu ki Sabzi recipe


  • Potato-6
  • Garlic-4 cloves
  • Crushed Red Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg (jaifal)- 1/2 tsp (powder)
  • Cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
  • Cream-1/2 cup
  • Butter-4 tbsp
  • Parsley-1 tbsp
  • Salt- to taste

Cooking Instructions

First of all take a bowl and heat up water.

When water get started boil then put chop potato in it for 10 minutes.

Take another cooking bowl put 2 tbsp butter in it and heat up it.

After that put garlic and golden brown it then at potato, salt, red pepper, nutmeg, remaining butter, Now cook and mash it with spoon.

In the end put cream, cinnamon and spread parsley and cook for 2 minutes.
