Onion Mashed Potatoes recipe


  • 2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tub (8oz) Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add potatoes, and cook until tender but still firm, about 10 minutes. Drain, and place in a large bowl.

Combine potatoes with butter, milk, sour cream, cream cheese spread, salt and pepper. Mash together until smooth and creamy.
