South Indian Chutney recipe

Ingredients

  • Channa daal :- 120 gms
  • Ghee :-4 tsp
  • Green chili (Hari Mirch) :- 10 nos
  • Fresh Coconut (Nariel) :- 1 nos
  • Whole mustard :- 2 tsp

Cooking Instructions

Take pan and fry the daal and chilies till they appear light brown

Take coconut, daal and chilies and grind them into a mixture.

Fry mustard in ghee and add salt to it
