Peel the raw mangoes and cut it into small pieces. Take a bowl put minced, ginger/garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and all spices ingredients mix well and set aside.
Heat oil in a fry pan then roast crushed cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon stick and green chillies.
Then add onion and fry it until golden.
Now add raw mangoes and minced mixture, sauté it on high flame for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, cook more for 3 minutes then add boiled peas and add little water.
Place a lid over the dish, cook it on low flame for 15 minutes, and do not remove it until completely cooked.
Finally add salt and mix well, garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves then serve with chapatti.
