Curried Chicken And Yogurt Salad recipe


  • 3 oz (75 g) chicken breast, cut into cubes and cooked/boiled
  • Unlimited green salad vegetables
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili oil

Cooking Instructions

Mix together the mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, pepper, and chili oil. and stir in the cubes of cooked chicken.

Serve on a bed of fresh green salad vegetables.
