Cheesy Chilli Poppers recipe

Ingredients

  • Green Chillies 15
  • For Batter
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Cornflour 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Chilled milk 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • For Filling:
  • Cream cheese 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required

Cooking Instructions

Slit on green chillies and remove seeds.For Batter: Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar and crushed red peppers.

Fill this mixture into the green chilies.Dip in batter and roll twice in bread crumbs.

Keep in refrigerator and chill for 1/2 an hour.Then deep fry till they turn light golden in colour.
