Take whole wheat flour in a deep bowl, add two tsp oil, salt to taste and mix well.
Add warm water and start kneading the dough. The dough should be semi soft too not too stiff and not too soft.
Let it rest for 30 mts.
Again take a tsp oil between palms of your hands and again knead the dough till it becomes soft.
Single Layer -
Take small bowl from the dough deep in dry flour and roll in oval shape.
Apply some oil and sprinkle some dry flour, squeeze it in between and fold the two sides together.
Again deep in dry flour and roll like roti.
Dry roast from both the sides.
Two Layers -
Take small bowl from the dough deep in dry flour and roll like poori.
Apply some oil and sprinkle some dry flour and fold it in to half to form a semi circle.
Again Apply some oil and sprinkle some dry flour and again fold to form a triangular shape.
Deep in dry flour and roll like a roti in round shape.
Roast from both the sides.
Roll rotis evenly from all the sides.
Apply minimum flour while rolling the rotis
