Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic and fry till it turns golden.
Add chicken pieces.
Chop carrot, capsicum, cauliflower and spring onions and put them in the chicken.
Add salt, crushed and powered red chillies, black pepper, tenderizer and a little water.
Mix well. Cook the chicken for a while, then add cornflour mixed in a little water.
When all the water dries up, take it off the flame.
Keep a little chicken mixture in the middle of a manda strip and fold it like a roll.
Seal the ends with egg or refined flour mixture.
Repeat this process with other strips.
Heat oil in a wok and fry the rolls till they turn golden.
Serve them hot with chutney.
