Mutton Shorba recipe


  • Mutton (with bone)-1.2 kg
  • Onion (blended)-1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste-1 tbsp
  • Almond paste-1/2 cup
  • Crushed Black pepper-1 tsp
  • White pepper-1 tsp
  • Turmeric-1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon-2
  • Clove-4 to 5
  • Little cardamom-4 to 5
  • Oil-4 tbsp
  • Salt-As required
  • Crushed Almonds-for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

First of all take a cooking bowl put oil in it and add cinnamon, clove, cardamom.

After that add mutton, When mutton’s water gets evaporate then remove cardamom, clove and cinnamon.

Now add onion paste, garlic paste, almond paste, black pepper, white pepper, turmeric, salt and cook it well for a while.

After some time add 1 12/ jug water and cook it over slow flame.

When mutton gets soft then dish out and serve it.
