Testy Beef Kebabs recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 kg leg of beef fillet, cut into 3/4? cubes
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 medium onion, finely choppped
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 3 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons black paper
  • 1 teaspoons Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover with plastic, and leave the beef to marinate for several hours in the refrigerator.

Transfer the meat to skewers and grill or broil on medium-high heat about 6 or 7 minutes on each side, or until the meat tests done to your preference.

Serve immediately.Beef kebab is ready now.
