Tandoori Roti recipe


  • 1) 1 cup all purpose flour/maida
  • 2) salt to taste
  • 3) pinch of baking powder

Cooking Instructions

First mix Maida, Baking powder and salt together.

Then add water and knead the flour in the dough. The dough should be soft.

Wrap the dough in a plastic film and let it rest in fridge for at least 1 hour.

Make small balls, dip in the flour and roll it to form a roti.

Now roast it on cooling rack from both the sides.
