Kashmiri Mutton recipe


  • 1 kg small pieces of mutton
  • 400 gm mutton fat
  • 5 gm big cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon shahi cumin
  • 750 gm water flange yogurt
  • 350 ml. desi ghee
  • 10 small cardamom
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 small pieces of cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon fennel (saunf) powder
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mint powder

Cooking Instructions

Finely mince the fat. When it gets 80% good texture then add 5-10 cardamom pieces and mince it again.

Mince the mutton well. When both mixtures get minced well then blend each other.

Ad shahi cumin and salt and again mice it.

Make an average of 40 gm. Dumpling.

Beat up the yogurt and add coriander powder, ginger powder, fennel powder, mint powder, cinnamon, salt and small cardamom pieces in it.

Take a copper pan and cook these mixture. Boiled it for 15 minute.
