Nankathai recipe


  • Flour 2 cups.
  • Grind sugar 1cup.
  • Ghee 1cup.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea sp.
  • Cardamom (ilachipowder) 1 tsp.
  • For garnishing crushed almond and pistachios.

Cooking Instructions

Mix flour,sugar and baking powder.

Then add oil and mix well to make a hard form but not a complete dough.

Form any shape you want and garnish it.

Preheat Oven to 300 f.

Bake them on med heat for 25 min.
