Banana Curry recipe


  • Banana 6
  • Tamarind juice 3 cup
  • Almond 20 (peeled and boiled)
  • Red chili 4 (crushed)
  • Jaggery 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry ginger 2 tbsp (ground)
  • White cumin 1 tbsp (roasted and ground)
  • White cumin 1 tsp (whole)
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet, add almond and red chili and fry for few minutes.

Now add tamarind juice, jaggery, red chili, roasted ground cumin, whole cumin and dry ginger, fry for five minutes.

Then add bananas in it. Finally add mint leaves and salt.

Delicious banana curry is ready to serve.
