Chicken Salad Sandwich recipe


  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice (Nimbu Arakh)
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger (Pisi Adrak)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Peppers (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (to taste)
  • 2 cups Chicken (fully cooked & cubed)
  • 1/2 cup Red Peppers (Saabut Lal Mirch) or Green Peppers (Saabut Hari Mirch) (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Celery (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Onions (chopped)
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves
  • 4 Sandwich Bread Rolls

Cooking Instructions

In medium bowl stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, ginger, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in chicken, red or green pepper, celery and onion until well blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. To serve; line rolls with lettuce and fill with chicken salad.
