Grilled Veg Sandwich recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped mushroom
  • 3 tsp Italian seasoning / Oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 packet of Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Italian Bread or any bread
  • Butter 1 stick
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

Mix all vegetables in to disposable aluminium tray or any steel plate wrapped with aluminium foil.

Add all spices, olive oil, toss well and grill for 20 mts till veggies are done.

Take cream cheese, make it smooth, add some Italian seasoning, garlic powder, chilli flakes and coriander leaves and mix well.

Spread butter on both sides of bread. Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of the bread, add baby spinach, grilled vegetables, some shredded cheese, close with other slice of bread and grill from both the sides.

Serve with salad, chips or just as it is!
Tips:

If grill is not available then just bake all veggies or shallow fry on a pan.

Use vegetables of your choice.
