Put chicken , 2 tbsp of oil, red chillies, hot spices, black pepper and salt in a bowl and mix. Fry this chicken in a pan for few minutes.
In a bowl dissolve 1 tbsp sugar, yeast, 2 tbsp oil and 1 1/3 cup lukewarm water. Kneed into a soft dough and set aside for 45 minutes.
Put 3 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
Roll out dough like a roti and spreadout in frying pan and place close to burning stove for 1/2 an hour.
Cover frying pan and place on a low flame, after cooking for few minutes flip the dough over.
Place a layer of pizza sauce, cooked chicken pieces, capsicum, onions, mushrooms, oregano and green chillies on dough.
In a seperate frying pan put one tbsp milk, garlic and cheese.Melt, pour melted cheese on Pizza and serve.
