Fish Burger recipe

Ingredients

  • Bun-at least 4
  • Fish (boneless)-300 grams
  • Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Egg-2
  • White Vinegar-2 to 3 tbsp
  • Corn Flour-1 cup
  • Bread crumbs-1 cup
  • Mayonnaise-1/2 cup
  • Mustard paste-2 tbsp
  • Ice Berg (salad leave)-for garnishing.
  • Oil- for frying
  • Salt- to taste.

Cooking Instructions

Cut fish into slices and add salt, black pepper, vinegar, red pepper, and mix it well.

After that apply the fish in the corn flour and then dip the fish in the egg, after that place the fish on the  bread crumbs to make sure the fish is fully coated with crumbs and then deep fry the fish in a frying pan.

Now put the fish on the bun and on top of the fish apply mustard paste, mayonnaise, ice berg lettuce and then finally put another bun on top of it

Your Fish Burger is now ready.
