Grilled Burger recipe


  • Chicken breast -1
  • Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
  • Honey-1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce-2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chillies-1 tbsp
  • Salt-To taste
  • Oil-2 tbsp
  • Cabbage-As required
  • Cucumbers-As required
  • Tomatoes-As required
  • Mayonnaise-As required
  • Buns-2

Cooking Instructions

Cut the Chicken breast piece into two.

Then mix salt and Worcestershire sauce in it.

Then also mix red chili garlic, black pepper and honey and marinate it for ½ an hour.

Heat the grill pan and brush 2 tbsp of oil on the pan.

Place the Chicken breast piece on the pan and when they are done from one side, flip it over and grill it from the other side.

Finally mix the chopped cabbage with mayonnaise and also add cucumbers and tomatoes as well. Cut the buns into half and put a layer of mayonnaise and cabbage and then keep a Chicken breast piece on it. Also put tomatoes and cucumbers and then finally cover the other half of buns on top of it.
