Elaichi Gosht recipe


  • Beef-1 kg
  • Yogurt-1/2 cup
  • Red Chili Powder-1tsp
  • Small Cardamom-35
  • Coriander powder-2tsp
  • Tomatoes (Nicely chopped)-3
  • Black pepper (chopped)-2Tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1tsp
  • Oil-1/2 cup
  • Salt-To taste

Cooking Instructions

Clean beef With water, take small cardamom and add some water and blend it in a blender and make a paste out of it.

Take a pan and add oil in it, and add cardamom paste and black pepper and fry it for 2-3 min, and than add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, chopped coriander seeds, in beef and cook it for 10 min.

While its cooking keep stir the spoon in the pan, increase the fire and add yogurt, salt and tomatoes and cook it for another 5 min.

Add 4 cup water in it and close the lid, and cook it on low flame, till beef is nicely cooked.and than serve
