Chanay Ki Tarkari recipe


  • Chickpeas ½ kg (boiled)
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Onion seeds ½ tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
  • Fennel seeds ½ tsp
  • Whole red chilies 5
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Cooking Instructions

Take a pan and boil already cooked chickpeas with 2 cup water and cook for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a frying pan and turn off the flame, sizzle whole red chilies, mustard seed, onion seed, fenugreek seed, fennel seed and salt.

Pour over the boiled chickpeas.

Serve hot with Chapatti and Naan.
