Take minced beef & add roasted basin/ gram four in it.
Also add, dry dhanya/ dry cumin, whole red chilies, & Salt.
Add pomegranate seeds (anardana), hara dhanya & green chilies.
Then add chopped onion & an egg, mix them well.
Use hands for thorough mixing.
Leave it for one hour.
Finally make round shapes of the mixture (kebab shape).
Put some chopped tomatoes over it, & fry it in pre-heated oil.
Delicious Chapli Kebabs are ready to be served.
