Green Onion Kofta recipe


  • 250 gm Mince (Beef or Chicken)
  • 1 Egg (Whipped)
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1½ Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Green Onion (Crushed)
  • ½ Tbsp Chines Salt
  • 2 Tesp Crush Ginger
  • Salt and Black Paper to Taste
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for Deep Frying

Cooking Instructions

In 2 Tbsp Water, put corn flour & make thick paste then put in Mince and Green Onion.

Then put rest of all ingredient (except Bread Crumbs) in it and make soft mixture.

Make small balls of this mixture.

Roll the each ball in Bread Crumbs B4 frying.

Deep frying all Balls until golden brown in Medium heat.

Crunchy and Delicious Green Onion Kofta are ready.

Serve with Hot Tea.
